After travelling a few times for a few videos, usually for his main channel, he realised that he only ever felt good about himself if he was on a plane to a new country, exploring a new region, poking about in shops full of price tags he couldn’t properly read. He’d tried to settle just in London, but found himself growing restless and itching to book tickets to some place like Kyoto.
He’d tried to satiate himself by staying confined in the United Kingdom, travelling to market towns and historical locations. Inevitably, though, he found himself in Shanghai, China by week three of his new idea.
Five days in, he’d realised that he hadn’t actually been reading the texts James had been sending him for four of them.
