    you know what? tim's not at all affected by being rejected by his bio-dad bruce wayne, you know why? because he's young, rich, hot, totally well-adjusted, popular, not at all a mess and honestly? that's all that matters!

    he's not petty enough to let his daddy issues descend into cold calculated revenge because he doesn't need bruce or batman or whatever he's calling himself these days. he doesn't need him. really. because he's perfect just the way he is. he doesn't want his attention or love either. duh.

    and if, let's say, he ever tried to enact said revenge plan (as a joke, obviously. he would NEVER--) he's not worried (because that would be crazy) because his mom would never let him get thrown into arkham! which, at the end of the day; that's all that matters over standard parental affection. promise.

    It's been proven to Tim several times that 'dead' doesn't exactly mean gone. For once it's not Ra's being a weirdo stalker, but someone else from his past... Meanwhile the rest of Tim's family would very much like their over-caffeinated, sleep deprived brother to stop wandering off to the other side of the planet, thanks.

    Destruction itself is not a bad thing. Things are destroyed to make room for new creation. It’s how it’s always worked. A rotting tree provides nutrients to the soil for saplings and worms. A volcanic eruption creating new land over the course of generations. The flooding of the Nile providing fertile soil for farming.

    That is destruction that Tim had always been a part of.

    But this wasn’t that. This wasn’t destruction for the sake of creation.

    This was destruction for no cause whatsoever.

    Ra's stole Tim's spleen and threw him out a window, so Tim retaliated by stealing every single asset in the league's possession and then blowing every major League of Shadow base in the world to smithereens, as one does.

    Or cue the one where Tim gets his hands on all the league's material assets, and I mean ALL OF THEM.
    Money, Weapons, Poisons, information, surveillance, Lazarus pits, magical artifacts, and of course the nuclear bombs that he found in the basement. All of which, now belonged to Tim.
    What could go wrong :)
